    Lifecycle Communications System.

The email and push system your trial window is missing.

An audit of your lifecycle system across eight components, then the build that closes the gap: a 14-day welcome and trial-conversion series, branched only on events that already fire in your product.

The copy is production-ready, not a set of themes. Emails and push notifications are written out, so what you get back can go into your ESP rather than into another brief.

It works without an ESP connected. If nothing has sent yet, the audit says so in the reader's own words and runs as a structural read rather than faking a performance one. That version is a real deliverable, not a stub.

    What you get back

    • The eight-component current-state audit, with what each component rests on
    • A 14-day welcome and trial-conversion series, branched on your real events
    • Production-ready email copy and push copy, written out
    • Segmentation, the full backlog, and the benchmark bands in the appendix

The deepest pack we run from a form. Expect results within a few business days.

    What it looks like

SampleHarborlight· excerpt from a real run

Fictional sample company. Harborlight is invented, and every figure below is invented with it, to illustrate the format.

Harborlight has no lifecycle system, so the 7-day trial window where the 22% to 30% trial-to-paid goal gets decided carries no lifecycle messaging at all: none of the eight lifecycle components exists, and the only mail leaving the product today is two billing-provider defaults. The fix leads with one series, not eight programs: a 14-day Welcome and Trial Conversion arc branched only on events that already fire, which also creates the segmentation the product lacks, plus two small recovery flows.

Read the sample as a structural audit rather than a performance one. The ESP was provisioned and has never sent a marketing message, so there is no send history to read and no number in the pack describes this company's own email performance. The only rates cited are published category benchmarks, included as targets to instrument against once the system is sending.

Everything below is what the audit actually needs to run. Nothing extra.

    Access model

The biggest single swing. A gated free tier with an early paywall is still freemium.

    AI-powered or not

AI apps run about half the cross-vertical trial-start rate, so they get their own column.

    Platform

iOS and Google Play convert differently. We never blend them.

We only use your email to send your results and to ask a follow-up question if the audit needs one. No list, no sharing.
