Full Growth Audit.
Where your funnel leaks, and what to fix first.
A full-funnel teardown of your app across four stages: paid ads, store listing, onboarding, and paywall. Each stage gets a rating, what we observed, and the specific changes worth making.
It runs from public surfaces. We walk your store listing, your signup flow, and whatever pricing is publicly visible, then rate what we find against the benchmark column that actually matches your model. No account access needed.
This is the abbreviated version of the audit we run inside paid engagements. Same method, same benchmark set, narrower evidence.
What you get back
- A rating per funnel stage with the observations behind it
- The prioritized changes, ordered by what moves your goal
- Your funnel benchmarks, pulled from the column matching your access model, AI status, and platform
- An appendix with the per-stage detail needed to execute
We run these in batches. Expect results within a few business days.
What it looks like
The number-one move is the paywall, and it is a reframe, not a discount. Finch Plus sells enhancement, not access: the core self-care loop is free and ad-free by design, so the upgrade cannot lean on unlocking function. It has to pull emotionally. Sell the deepening bond with the pet, fire the ask at high-intent emotional moments instead of at a static entry point, and set the annual plan as the visual default with a clear per-day anchor.
| Stage | Rating | Top opportunity |
|---|---|---|
| Paid ads | Good, pending confirmation | Confirm campaigns bid and report to the subscribe event, not the install |
| App Store listing | Good | Promote one job keyword into the iOS title; rewrite the dead "What's New" slot |
| Onboarding | Good | Capture a durable identifier so free non-converters stay reachable |
| Paywall | Needs improvement | Reframe around the pet bond, fire at emotional peaks, default to annual |
The limit that frames the whole audit: it was run from public surfaces only, with no app access or analytics, so every rating is a directional read. A week of Finch's own numbers would confirm where the leak sits and re-rank these moves.
